Extended Stay America Select Suites- Montgomery

I have had nothing but an exceptional visit over the past 3 weeks. The staff is professional and kind, the property is secure, the rooms are very clean, no bugs and no noise or disruptions. I would highly recommend this hotel as a hidden jewel.

I must say this is the finest hotel me and my boys been at in a long time….i love the security where you have to have a key to get in the building. I love the fact that management works with you and they are very understanding. I love the rooms very spacious for me and my three teenage boys and I love the quiet time …..I highly recommend them

Ms Palmer is kind and understanding. If you have a fur baby or babies they have a designated area in the back where you can walk your pet in the grass. Area is quite. Only a 15 minute walk to Aldi or a 20 minute walk to dollar tree if your looking to get a little fresh air and don't want to drive. If you have a larger family 4+ I would recommend having some quarters ready ( to do laundry 7$ per load) because you only get two sets of towels every two weeks. Also you do need a key card to enter the building which I think is great. Staying on the 3rd or 4th floor is nice because you get a nice sunrise and a decent sunset. Another plus is that you get a normal size refrigerator a microwave and a stove so you're able to actually cook decent meals.

The rooms are spacious and modern. Everything is clean and tidy the workers are the glue that makes all the magic happen in this place. I originally wasn’t going to stay there very long, but I ended up extending my stay because of the hospitality of the staff. It’s very rare to see people working together with such ease and compassion for the next person. Everyone was smiling every day and there was so much positive energy that radiated throughout the entire place over to the guest as well. I absolutely love the fact that they are not the type of people that constantly knocking on your door for minuscule reasons that can easily Im become a nuisance. They don’t bother you , you are truly able to rest, Work, or whatever it is that you are attempting to do, but at the same time they will ask you if you have everything you need. The perfect balance not too much not too little. It’s very rare to find a place where everyone is easy-going and kind and easy to work with. Literally everyone there is kind. The management, front desk,cleaning crew, and maintenance are all extremely professional, respectful of personal boundaries and just easy. They make sure you know who is who so that if you need anything, you are able to get what you need, but at the same time if you need something that is not their job I’ve never seen them. Say this isn’t my job you’ll have to reach out to the person responsible or anything, they just all are willing to help no matter what the job description is. If you do need something done, the turnaround time is unmatched they make you feel like you are the only customer and have their undivided attention, they literally take less than five minutes to make sure your need is taken care of. And if it’s going to take longer than that, they let you know upfront and give you a reasonable turnaround time that they always meet. , this is some of the best service I’ve had from hospitality staff. I’ve stayed in places that were $1000 a night & more that could not compare to the warmth and “homey” feeling I got at ESA in montgomery. I think they should bring workers from other Extended Stay America’s to train at this location, honestly, I’ve stayed in other locations while traveling and they just didn’t even compare. I’m thankful for the extreme generosity and will continue to revisit this location.

Definitely give this property a 10/10. They don’t mind getting rid of disruptive guest and the property is well managed. Rates are cheap and the rooms are nice. I don’t remember the manager’s name but she takes pride in the upkeep of the property and taking care of the guest. I see a few reviews that say staff is rude but they really aren’t, at least not from my view. Ladies keep up the good work!!

It's a bit older furniture is not the greatest but nice and functional and think again that im living here im just staying temporary and give the cost its a great place to stay. It feels very safe and delinquents running around the place. The service is great. It's located in a good area lots restaurants and shopping places close by the hotel.

Great service! Cassandra is very welcoming and is a great help! She is truly a hard worker and respects every visitor.I will come back to see her she has such a good spirit.
